All product
prices are in Japanese yen. Please make your payment in Japanese
yen.
The customer is responsible for paying any applicable customs
and taxes.
Shipping is free worldwide for orders
above 20,000 yen. For orders of 20,000 yen or
less cost and method of shipping is provided in the confirmation.
You can choose one of the following three payment methods: remittance
to our bank account, international
postal money order or credit card
(Visa / MasterCard).
Please understand that payment should be
made in one lump sum for all three
payment methods.

Payment can be made with Visa or MasterCard.
We are committed to protecting your credit card information by using a

Percul Internet
Shop.

Internet Shop. If your browser doesn't support SSL, or you cannot
send the order form from the Percul Internet Shop,
please use one of the other ordering methods. Use of the Order
Form for Printing is recommended.

can only use a credit card with your name as the
card holder.

Delivery |
|
Orders are dispatched within a week after
receipt of payment or confirmation of credit card information. Any shipment
delays due to items being out of stock, etc, will be advised by E-mail
or fax.
We will choose the best shipping method
for your country from among UPS (United Parcel Service), FedEx (Federal
Express), or EMS (Express Mail Service). It will take about 1-2
weeks for most countries. Please note we don't ship by surface
mail.

Returning
or exchanging products |

If you are not completely satisfied,
please notify us and return the product within
30 days, unused and in the same condition
as sent, for a full refund less original shipping costs and refund
handling charges.

If exchange or repair is required, please
advise us of the details. The problem may be solvable via E-mail or fax.
If not, please return the product. After checking, we will send a repaired
or new product.
For problems that arise from
standard use and within the six-month warranty period, all repair/replacement
and shipping costs are free. After
the warranty expires, these costs are born by the customer. Instructions
accompany each order. |
